Achievement Unlocked 1000/1000

Posted on 11 August 2011 by Amanda Veronica

assassinscreed2

I recently completed my first play through of Assassin’s Creed 2, finishing with a gamer score of 1000 out of 1000. I collected every feather, completed every DNA sequence, picked every pocket and purchased every weapon.

I’ve watched Kent in all his ridiculousness of trying to get every achievement in every game he plays. It’s something else. I used to think he was crazy, but now that I’ve done it, I kind of get it. It’s like completing any challenge, you set out to do something to reach that feeling of completion, and it’s a good one. Though I can’t imagine doing it with every game I play, it means a little more to me to do it with a game like Assassin’s Creed just because I love it so much, it’s almost my way of showing how much I love it.

Which game will be my next 1000/1000? Realistically it will probably be another game from the Assassin’s Creed series but I would also like to try and get it in Beatles Rock Band. This is another game I have a lot of passion for and I think I will get a good feeling of accomplishment out of.
